Seattle Sounders Game (#10)

On Sunday Scott & I attended the last of our 10 Sounders matches this season.  We rode the train to Seattle & back, which is always a great way to avoid traffic & parking fees.   We got to Seattle around 2:30, and the match started at 4:00.  We had an awesome referee for a change, which was refreshing.  The Sounders scored 3 goals against Real Salt Lake within the first 20 minutes and held on to win 3-1.  It was a great way to end our season.  The Sounders, though, made it to the playoffs, so their season continues.... We hope to make it to some games next year!

Spooktacular 5k

Scott made a goal to run in a 5k event every month.  This morning he participated in the 2nd Annual Spooktacular 5k at Priest Point Park.  It was a very chilly, but dry morning.  It was fun to see everyone there in their costumes.  I think more adults than kids were dressed up.  Scott had a great run and finished in 29:26.

Corey Turns 20

On Saturday Corey turned 20 years old!  Scott, Sherry & I made the trek to Pullman to celebrate.  We took her out for ice cream at Ferdinand's and dinner at Gambino's on Friday.  On Saturday we had lunch at the Coug, then saw Hotel Transylvania 2 and spent some time in the hotel hot tub.   We also fit in a grocery shopping trip & she somehow roped us into buying her a bunny onesie.  In so many ways she hasn't changed a bit...

We made it to town!  A quick selfie while Scott made a phone call.

Ice cream from Ferdinand's.  Yum!

We had fun walking around campus.  It was a gorgeous fall day!

Lattin's Farm

On Sunday Scott, Gabby & I visited Lattin's farm.  The day was bright & beautiful...just perfect for hunting pumpkins and yummy apple cider donuts!  We found some great pumpkins, ate our fill of donuts & took our annual "face in the hole" photos.  It was a great day!

Hunting pumpkins is serious business...

It was hard to get down that low!  I told Scott to get closer.....

It was bright!

We needed Corey's face to complete the picture!
