National Bison Range
Corey went with her NATRS 435 Wildlife Ecology class to the National Bison Range in Montana over the weekend. They left Pullman on Friday afternoon, camped there two nights, then returned Sunday afternoon. I'm so jealous that she gets to take these cool field trips! Here are some of the pictures she took. Lots of scenery shots...but no wonder, it's so beautiful there! Looks like they saw quite a bit of wildlife. I think a visit to Montana is in my future....
Corn Maze
This last weekend Gabby & her friends went to the Rutledge Corn Maze. They picked a great day, because it had rained the day before which kept lots of the dust away. Gabby said they made it through in 42 minutes! Looks like they had a great time.

Corey Update
Just wanted to post some recent photos I got off Corey's Snapchat. Junior year is going well so far and she is incredibly busy, but having fun, too. Can't wait to see her when we head to Pullman in about 4 weeks for homecoming.

Star Trek Exhibit at EMP
We were supposed to go hiking today, but the weather put a kibosh on our plans. Instead, we went up to the EMP in Seattle to view the Star Trek exhibit. I can't believe the Star Trek franchise has been around for 50 years, and with the new movies, I'm sure it will be here 50 more years from now. I have to admit I'm a bit of a Star Trek nerd...at least with the original cast. I never did watch any of the other series...although now I may give them a chance.
