Enrichment

Congratulations to Gabby who was accepted into Tumwater School District's Enrichment (or Gifted Students) program. She was one of 21 students throughout the whole school district of over 600 4th-graders who were selected. The admittance was based on WASL scores and a test that was given to measure high cognitive ability. They will be doing many fun things in class which she will attend for approx 45 minutes per day. They do a variety of activities including reading, writing, creative thinking, problem solving and of course Gabby's favorite: drinking cocoa. We know she will have lots of fun and we look forward to her having great new experiences. Way to go Gabs!!!!!
