Yakima Bears

Monday night we all went to see the Yakima Bears play against the Eugene Emeralds. It was an exciting game and a lot of fun to watch. We were sad when they lost in the 9th inning.

The whole group. We sat at the very top of the bleachers and every time a foul ball would fly overhead we would get up and look over that blue backboard to make sure my van didn't get hit. Luckily YAR made it through without a scratch :) Some other cars were not so lucky. Now I know where NOT to park should we ever go back.

The kids got to sing with "Boomer" the mascot during the 7th inning stretch.

The scoreboard.

A beautiful view of the field from our seats at sunset.

Kind of hard to see, but that's Corey on the big screen dancing (they cut her head off).
