I was offered a new job today! Instead of being an adjudicator 3 and working claims, I'll be a quality assurance specialist 4 reviewing other adjudicators' work. It will entail a lot more writing & research, but will be a little less stressful since I won't have a caseload to manage. This has been my goal since starting in this office 5 years ago (wow! has it been 5 years already?). I'm so excited to start my new job beginning October 1st.
