Gabby Comes to Visit

It was so fun to see Gabby this weekend.  She drove up from Humboldt on Friday to attend another 5 Seconds of Summer concert at the Paramount in Seattle.  She met me at Clarissa's house and we took the Link light rail up to Seattle from SeaTac to avoid traffic & parking.  We met up with Scott after he finished work and had dinner at PF Chang's before Gabby had to get in line for the show.

On Saturday we packed in a whole lot of activities. First, we took her to breakfast at Panera-her favorite place, then went to Tehaleh to show her the new neighborhood & house.  She liked the model house and we saw that they have put up drywall in our house.  So exciting! Afterward we drove down to Tumwater to visit Lattin's for pumpkins and our favorite apple cider, donuts & fritters.  So good!  We followed that with some grocery shopping at Fred Meyer and an early dinner at Olive Garden before she took off to meet up with some friends.  She stayed with friends in the Olympia area that night so that she wouldn't have to drive all the way down from Puyallup on Sunday morning to head home.

It was a short visit, but we are glad she was able to spend some time with us.  Can't wait to see her again at Thanksgiving.
