Orting Volksmarch #1
We completed our first volksmarch of 2022 this morning in nearby Orting. Although we were expecting fog, the sun decided to make an early appearance which made the walk much more enjoyable. We and the puppies walked the 5k route which took us through some of the town, along the Carbon River and also onto parts of the Foothills trail where we walked last year during our virtual Bloomsday with Gamma. We had lovely views of the mountain. We also got a picture with the volksmarch flag so it was definitely a successful outing!
