Holiday Tea
On Saturday our tea group traveled up to Seattle to enjoy a lovely holiday tea at the Georgian Restaurant in the Olympic Fairmont Hotel. This is a very popular tea and we had to make reservations way back at the beginning of October. Due to our large group, we were able to sit in a private room, which was really beautiful. The menu varied from the very traditional (scones with clotted cream & lemon curd) to unusual (duck confit). The food was delicious & very filling. It was a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season!
