Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze
Last Saturday Gabby came down and the 6 of us went to Picha Farms pumpkin patch in Puyallup. It was a beautiful, warm and sunny day! It was weird not to go to Lattin's, but it's such a long drive for us now. I think we were all pleasantly pleased with Picha Farms. They were small, but cute with lots of pumpkins to choose from. We also checked out their corn maze, which was around 5 acres; we had to find 8 checkpoints and make it back out alive to earn a mini pumpkin. Luckily, we all made it, and they even gave Nova her own pumpkin even though she slept most of the time instead of giving us directions. I think her first pumpkin patch experience was a good one! Afterward we went into town for a yummy lunch at Crockett's Public House, which we had been to many years ago after a volksmarch. The food was good & plentiful.
