Last night Scott & I went to see G. I. Joe. It was very much a "summer blockbuster" in that it had lots of action, explosions & special effects. The acting & plot were a bit thin. The movie itself was basically a "first of many" type film which spent most of its time explaining character backgrounds & setting it up for a sequel. Scott & I both enjoyed it and rank it in the B-/C+ range. If you just want a movie with tons of action this is for you. If you want something with real acting and a plot, you might want to skip this one :)
