Today we travelled to the Olympic National Forest to do a very short (only 1.6 miles round trip) hike to Murhut Falls. It was definitely worth the long drive to view the tiered falls. It was a bit more crowded than we had expected. In fact, we ran into my friend and fellow Yoh! member Kassia & her husband Jesse at the trail head. Talk about small world!

| Scott, Susan & Corey at the trail head. |

| They had a registration book near the trail head. Not sure if they have a lot of people who don't make it out? |
| First peek-a-boo view of the falls further down. |
| Lots of going up on this hike. |

| We stopped to take a picture of the beautiful Duckabush River on the way home. The water was very blue & clear. |
| Further down there was a little area where you could walk down to the river. |
