Today we went to the California Adventure Park. And wouldn't you believe that I actually forgot to bring my camera??? So many wasted opportunities! It was a lot of fun. We rode Soaring over California first and then the girls rode the little roller coaster Mulholland Madness. We walked onto quite a few rides. The park wasn't very busy. We saw the Aladdin show which was really funny. After lunch we rode a few more rides and saw the "It's Hard to be a Bug" show which is always entertaining. The stink bugs sure do stink! We only encountered one brief shower during the day which was great. After the park we went to Downtown Disney where we had dinner at The House of Blues. I maintained my "beef free" protest by eating a shrimp po'boy sandwich which was really good. Corey had a French dip sandwich-I think she's eating more beef to make up for me and Gabby. At lunch she had cheeseburgers-which is a first for her. For dessert we got some fresh made beignets (so good!). We ended the day playing cards in the hotel atrium and watching TV in the room. We were definitely less tired today.
